Posted on: Dec 5, 2018

The AWS Deep Learning AMIs for Ubuntu and Amazon Linux in AWS GovCloud regions US-West and US-East are now compliant with the Federal Risk and Authorization Management Program (FedRAMP) High baseline, which includes over 400 security controls.

With FedRAMP-High compliance, customers in AWS GovCloud (US-West and US-East) can leverage AWS Deep Learning AMIs to quickly launch Amazon EC2 instances pre-installed and optimized for popular deep learning frameworks including TensorFlow, Apache MXNet and Gluon, PyTorch, Chainer, Microsoft Cognitive Toolkit, Caffe, Caffe2, Theano, and Keras. For a complete list of frameworks and versions supported by the AWS Deep Learning AMI, see the release notes. For developers who want a clean slate to set up custom builds of deep learning engines, the Deep Learning Base AMIs are also available in Ubuntu and Linux.
