Gyudon (Beef Bowl)

  • Thinly sliced beef
  • 3/4 cup chicken stock
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp sake
  • 2tbsp mirin
  • 3 tsp sugar
  • 1 brown onion
Add chicken stock, soy sauce, sake, mirin and sugar to top and bring to boil.
Add onion until soften.
Add beef and stir until beef is cooked.
