Sleep - a Love Hate Relationship
This is a continuation of improving my sleep.
One night, I can get great sleep: a solid eight hours. I feel great, wake up refreshed, Sleep++’s readiness score is near 100, I want more of that great feeling.
The following night, go through the same routine - can’t get to sleep for two hours, wake up earlier than expected and in a groggier state. I try and stay in bed to “catch up” with a bit more sleep, yet, I just can’t get back to sleep to make up for the loss.
Yup - the path to better sleep and breaking old habits is rough.
The only thing going for me is that one night of bad sleep won’t kill me - as long as I have a solid amount of sleep the night before, I am OK.
When I don’t have solid sleep multiple nights in a row, that’s when it’s bad.
