Always Learning: Switch Hand Dominance

Want to continuously learn something? Try this simple trick:

Switch Hand Dominance

If you write with your right hand, switch to writing with your left hand.

With cutlery, switch them around. Chopsticks are particularly fun with noodles!

I found this to be a great challenge, especially when my other hand is perfectly capable and immediately available! You’re learning hand, eye, and muscle coordination all over again.

With mastery, I found this super helpful when feeding small kids. I can be sitting on either side of them using either hand instead of just using my dominant one (and when I haven’t mastered cutlery with that hand yet, I can just blame the mess on the child! ;-) )
