Going All-In: Remote Working

Since 2020, I’ve been working from home. It was not always like this because my employer at the time was office-based. Where remote work is the exception, not the norm.

With 2020, remote work became the norm and going to the office the exception.

As things move forward and I’m considering work options again - I’m all-in on remote work. I won’t consider office or hybrid roles.

Main reason: commuting to/from the office is a cost borne by me - never by my employer. It’s my time and energy spent to commute.

So, for this, I’m only considering positions where they are remote. I would rather work extra hours remotely than fewer hours in the office.

Why wouldn’t any employer want more hours for less pay??
