Burpee Workout Notes: Take Your Time

Whenever I get into the groove of a new workout, I get excited that I am doing the workout regularly but there is a window where I always injure myself because I push myself too hard and/or too tired.

When doing my burpee workout every day, the chance of this happening is high, especially in the morning before coffee.

This is why it is important to remember to take your time for any workout. By doing too much, too soon, or while too tired - you increase the likelihood of injuring yourself and losing momentum by not working out.

Take your time, even scale back the effort during the workout so you avoid injury (that leads to longer time off!)
