Amazon Connect now publishes Chat metrics to Amazon Cloudwatch, making it easy to help monitor operational metrics. You can now collect, view, and analyze utilization metrics, such as concurrent active chats. This feature is available out-of-the box and no coding is required to access data through CloudWatch.
Amazon CloudWatch metrics are available in all AWS regions where Amazon Connect Chat is offered. To learn more and get started, see the help documentation or visit the Amazon Connect website.
