Percona Distribution for PostgreSQL 13.4 Update
The Percona Distribution for PostgreSQL 13.4 Update was released on September 30, 2021. It installs PostgreSQL and complements it by a selection of extensions that enable solving essential practical tasks efficiently. This update fixes the inability of a user to upgrade from the previous version of PostgreSQL from PGDG (PostgreSQL Global Development Group) to Percona Distribution for PostgreSQL on Ubuntu.

Percona Distribution for PostgreSQL Operator 1.0.0
On October 7, 2021, Percona Distribution for PostgreSQL Operator 1.0.0 was released. It automates the lifecycle, simplifies deploying and managing open source PostgreSQL clusters on Kubernetes. Along with new features, some release highlights include the ability to configure scheduled backups following the declarative approach in the deploy/cr.yaml file, OpenShift compatibility, and, for the first time, the main functionality of the Operator is covered by functional tests, which ensure the overall quality and stability.

Percona Server for MongoDB 4.4.9-10
On October 7, 2021, we released Percona Server for MongoDB 4.4.9-10. It is an enhanced, source available, and highly scalable database that is a fully compatible, drop-in replacement for MongoDB 4.4.9 Community Edition, supporting MongoDB 4.4.9 protocols and drivers. Note: Beginning with MongoDB 4.4.2, several data impacting or corrupting bugs were introduced. These bugs are fixed in MongoDB 4.4.9. Percona Server for MongoDB 4.4.9-10 includes the upstream fixes of these bugs.

September 28, 2021, saw the release of Percona Server for MongoDB 4.0.27-22. An improvement in this release disables the deletion of the mongod user in RPM packages.

Percona Distribution for MongoDB Operator 1.10.0 was released on September 30, 2021. The Operator contains the necessary Kubernetes settings to maintain a consistent Percona Server for MongoDB instance. modification, or deletion of items in your Percona Server for MongoDB environment.
