Today, AWS Marketplace announced that Independent Software Vendors (ISVs) can now add custom product dimensions and specify End User License Agreement (EULA) when authorizing their preferred consulting partners to resell their software to AWS Marketplace buyers. This launch enables ISVs and consulting partners to work together more efficiently to create a Consulting Partner Private Offer (CPPO), which allows customers to purchase software solutions in AWS Marketplace directly from consulting partners. ISVs and consulting partners can now further simplify their operations and accelerate delivery to their customers.

When creating a Resell Opportunity from the Partners tab in AWS Marketplace Management Portal, ISVs can now customize the product and specify the EULA to be used for the final CPPO. With this feature, ISVs can quickly customize product dimensions to match a negotiated customer offer and easily communicate license terms. ISVs can remove, add, or modify a product dimension, and they can provide the end user license agreement to be included in the final consulting partner private offer to AWS marketplace buyers.

At launch, any registered AWS Marketplace ISV can add custom dimensions or a EULA to resell Opportunities.
