We need help capturing reporting data from the growing list of services powering our business, so that the product and analyst teams can help shape future innovations. The majority of our workload is working with analysts and front end engineers to determine how to get the Analytics data we need from their applications, and then building the ETL/ELT processes to do just that. It is a fast paced environment where you’ll get to operate with a lot of freedom. Front end applications are mostly hosted in Azure SQL DB and Cosmos DB. Our primary Analytics warehouse is SQL Server native (on a GCP VM). We use SSIS and Databricks for the majority of ETL/ELT activity, as well as python for API sources. Snowflake is being investigated as a data platform that will help Analytics scale into the future.
