You should consider posting on DEV Listings. There's an Available for Hire section that will let you advertise yourself and your skills to employers.
Alternatively, you might also want to browse job listings there.
Generally, this section of DEV is for writing posts — tutorials that explain how to do something, list of favorite code editor extensions, etc. — but Listings would be perfect for this.
