Announcing the Square Partner Community

Today, we are excited to announce the launch of the Square Partner Community, continuing our investment in Square’s partnerships. The Square Partner Community gives Square Partners, including digital agencies and system integrators, access to training, sales and marketing materials to help them work with our platform and build commerce solutions for their clients. They will also be able to view real time earnings.

In 2018, we launched the Solutions Partner Program to connect merchants with verified Square partners who build custom websites, commerce, and hardware-based solutions. Since its inception, the program has grown to over 200 digital agencies, systems integrators, and resellers. Developers that build mobile applications, websites, kiosks, and payment checkout systems can now take advantage of the benefits of the Square Solutions Partner Program to grow their business while offering customers best-in-class payments and unique omnichannel solutions.

A key functionality of the portal is to enable partners to submit deals they are working on so Square can provide assistance as needed. Partners who participate in our revenue share or referral bonus programs will now have on-demand and real-time access to see how they are growing their business with Square. Early-access partners are reporting shorter feedback loops in learning what is working for their sales teams and where best to invest in growing their relationship with Square and, ultimately, their business.

Over the past few years we have released a collection of products that help merchants run their businesses. The Square Partner Community provides partners access to comprehensive documentation on the Developer Platform, Square hardware, and products like Square Capital, Square Payroll, and Square Appointments, and the Online Payments and In-App Payments APIs and SDKs.

Square Partner Community is available to Square Solutions Partners starting today and will be available to Square Hardware and Platform Partners starting in 2020.
