Analyzing Text with Amazon Elasticsearch Service and Amazon Comprehend is an automated reference implementation that deploys a cost-effective, end-to-end solution for extracting meaningful insights from unstructured data such as customer calls, support tickets, and online customer feedback.

The solution leverages Amazon Comprehend, a natural language processing service that uses machine learning for text analysis, and Amazon Elasticsearch Service (Amazon ES) for indexing and analyzing unstructured text. The solution also creates a pre-configured Kibana dashboard for visualization of extracted entities, key phrases, syntax, and sentiment from uploaded documentation.
